Project Description
Technologists, Inc. is the prime contractor for this contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District (AED). This $2.2 million design/build project began in July, 2010 and will be ready for the Afghan Police to occupy in July, 2011.
This project consists of the design and construction of the Uniformed Police District HQ, Char Bulak, Balkh, Afghanistan. This project is defined as the management, planning, design, material, labor, and equipment, to site adapt and construct all utilities, vehicular access, buildings, force protection measures, site security, demining activities, and other features.
