The Afghan National Police (ANP) Border Police Zone Command at Gardez is the largest and most complex of the five border police facilities that Technologists, Inc. has built in Afghanistan. Ti constructed more than two dozen buildings, a helipad, perimeter security wall, roads and parking areas, and also provided all utilities and supporting infrastructure.

Gardez—the largest city in the region and the capital city of Paktiya Province—is 60 miles from Kabul at the juncture of two major highways, one between Ghanzi and Pakistan, the other between Khost and Kabul.

The zone command provides a modern, efficient workspace for more than 400 officers and border police officials who work to secure Afghanistan’s border in Paktiya Province.
