Capacity Building

Technologists, Inc. established a corporate training program shortly after launching operations in Afghanistan in 2004 not only to improve the quality of its workforce but to effect a lasting positive impact on the local communities we serve.

Ti’s Capacity Building Division provides staff with the opportunity to earn internationally recognized certification and licensing in numerous jobs classifications. Ti offers courses in government contracting, project management, business software applications, engineering, architecture, and much more.

Ti’s training program is also part of a broader effort to increase women’s access to education and employment, and to improve the quality of public and private education in Afghanistan from the elementary to university levels.
