Afghan National Army (ANA) Jalalabad Airfield Waste Water Treatment Facility

Technologists, Inc. was awarded the base contract, plus options—including a pump station and force main, a sludge filter press system and building and an ultraviolet disinfection system. Ti was chosen for this project based on our team’s experience at assessing water and wastewater treatment needs and designing and installing complex water supply and wastewater treatment systems overseas.

Ti performed a site evaluation sufficiently thorough to identify all potential design boundaries that might affect system design and implementation. Ti’s work on this project included:

  • Design and build of a sanitary sewer network
  • Installation of a custom Aeromix® packaged wastewater treatment plan
  • Construction of pump station and force main, sludge filter press system and building
  • UV disinfection system
