Afghan National Police (ANP) National Training Center, Maydan Wardak
Technologists, Inc. is building the single most important security project in Afghanistan: the Afghan National Police Training Center in Maydan Wardak Province, Afghanistan.
This project, vital to training the large numbers of police necessary to ensure Afghan internal security, is significantly larger than the average military or police compound project in Afghanistan, involving the design and construction of dozens of structures such as barracks, dining facilities, classrooms, and an auditorium and gymnasium.
Ti will also design and build force protection measures including perimeter stone walls, guard towers and barracks as well as the site infrastructure consisting of roads, water, sewer and power systems. When completed in 2011, the facility will have the capacity to train 3,000 students at a time and will be the primary training grounds for Afghanistan‘s police forces.
