Capacity Building is a process of developing and upgrading technical skills, knowledge and abilities in order to strengthen professional development. In our case, that means building a stronger team of construction professionals. This in turn results in a positive impact on the reconstruction of post-conflict/post-disaster areas like Afghanistan and Haiti.
Since 2008, Ti has trained 824 employees in over 100 different subject areas and has awarded 124 certifications. Our clients recognize our efforts: we were recently awarded “Capacity Development Award of the Year 2010” by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
