Construction and Construction Management

 

Since 2004, Ti has produced a portfolio of more than 80 large projects and more than 1500 smaller projects completed or underway for USACE, USAID, German Development Bank (KfW), and other private-sector clients. We strive for project execution that is safe, on time, and on budget.

 

Ti’s vertical construction projects include military bases, border crossings, police headquarters, court houses, educational facilities, logistics depots, detention centers, warehouses, and workshops. Our signature design/build project to date has been USACE’s Afghan National Police Training Center in Wardak Province for several thousand cadets and personnel.

 

Ti’s horizontal construction experience includes designing and building roads, highways, bridges, helipads, airport aprons, retaining walls, drainage channels, and parking facilities. Ti has also provided road rehabilitation services for hundreds of kilometers. Additionally, Ti has designed and built small to medium-sized power generation plants (1-10 MW), transmission and distribution lines, transformers and substations, micro-Hydropower dams, water-supply systems, and sewage systems and waste-water-treatment plants.
