Ti Projects
Since its founding in 1999, Technologists, Inc. (Ti) has undertaken numerous projects for the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and many other clients in the United States, Afghanistan, Haiti, and elsewhere. Ti has completed assessment and feasibility studies, design/build construction, industrial park development, technical assistance programs, capacity building, and operations and maintenance services.
In 2004 Ti built three industrial parks in Afghanistan for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the first of more than 60 major projects the company would complete there. Today, Ti provides technical assistance and engineering expertise to the USAID Stability in Key Areas (SIKA) program as it continues to build roads and other critical infrastructure in Afghanistan.

International Development
Technologists, Inc. (Ti) promotes sustainable development by strengthening institutions, increasing human capacity, and transferring critical skills to local partners. Ti technical advisors and other experts work with their local counterparts to design and execute projects that provide long-term solutions to community needs.
Flagship Projects
Ti’s Flagship Projects include projects that presented the greatest design, engineering, or environmental challenges, as well as those that showcase Ti’s most important service capabilities.
The work showcased here ranges from small and medium- sized efforts to the largest project completed outside-the-wire by any contractor in Afghanistan, and includes vertical and horizontal construction, plus capacity building and training. Of all the work in the Ti portfolio these projects constitute our most significant accomplishments.
