Operations and Maintenance

 

Ti provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services through our Construction division. Ti’s O&M services include routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facility systems and equipment.

 

Additionally, Ti prepares detailed warranty management plans at project closeout that allows maintenance and repair personnel to keep machinery and systems operating according to the original performance specifications. Our O&M experts are trained to operate mechanical and electrical building systems and equipment, and use proprietary software to manage assets, control inventory, order spare parts, and schedule routine maintenance checks.
