Stability in Key Areas
(SIKA) – South
Ti partnered with other firms to support the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Stability in Key Areas program in the SIKA-South region. The program aims to reduce sources of instability by improving local infrastructure and building trust between citizens and government officials.
As part of the SIKA-South team, Ti technical advisors and engineers worked on-site with district governors in numerous provinces to design and construct hundreds of irrigation canals (karezes) that provide a reliable supply of water to agricultural users and reduce conflicts over scarce resources.
