Bagrami Industrial Park
Technologists, Inc. (Ti) built the Bagrami Industrial Park, located 7.5 kilometers east of Kabul. Phase I of the facility encompasses 9 hectares; a planned Phase II will more than double the size of the park. The park is professionally managed and offers investors clear land titles, perimeter security and entry-control points, secure parking, electrical power, clean water, and wastewater removal.
According to a 2013 report from the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) the Bagrami Industrial Park is home to more than 30 businesses producing everything from dairy
products, soft drinks, table salt, and other food items, to glass, stitching and handicrafts, and laundry products.
The report estimated that this park has already attracted almost $50 million in investments and has created more than 30,000 direct and indirect jobs.
