Ministry of Commerce and  Industries (MOCI) Administrative Building, Kunduz

Ti is the prime contractor for the design and construction of a new administrative building for the Afghan Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MoCI) in Kunduz. This USACE project, valued at approximately $3.4 million, is scheduled for completion in September 2018.

 

Prior to construction, Ti swept the site for unexploded ordnance (UXO), performed a site survey and geotechnical investigation, and prepared the design drawings.

 

The 2,800 square-meter building includes offices, toilets, shower rooms, storage rooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, and related features. Ti also designed and built connections to the existing sanitary water, sewer, and electrical distribution systems.
