Paghman House

 

Ti designed and built Paghman House, a modern multilevel private residence in the town of Paghman. The property in the foothills of the Hindu Kush range offers stunning views of the Paghman Valley and of Kabul, 23 kilometers to the east.

 

The house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a powder room, modern kitchen, and laundry room. Lower-level quarters for servants and guards include two full baths and a covered outdoor kitchen. The property has both spring and well water. Parking for multiple vehicles is available inside the compound.

Paghman House sits on 1.6 jerib (0.32 hectares) of expertly landscaped grounds that include two gazebos, a terraced garden with more than 1,000 rose bushes, 14 waterfalls, large walnut trees, and a fountain pool.
