Technologists, Inc. Appoints Tümay Evcimen Director of Business Development and Operations Coordinator, Africa and Eurasia

Technologists, Inc. (Ti) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tümay Evcimen as Director of Business Development and Operations Coordinator, Africa and Eurasia.
In this new position Mr. Evcimen will actively pursue new opportunities and potential partnerships in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, and other countries where Ti’s qualifications and expertise give the company a strong comparative advantage. He will also conduct risk analysis in these target areas, direct operations, and participate in bidding decisions.

Crawford, Ti’s Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, said in a statement. “My colleagues and I will benefit from his seasoned judgment and sound advice in the years ahead.”
Mr. Evcimen served from 2008 to 2014 as business development manager at Proccea Construction Company and CH Consultants. Earlier in his career he was business development manager at Fore International in Istanbul, Turkey, where he helped the company establish a strong client base in East Africa. Mr. Evcimen also served as general manager and casino manager for major casinos in Uganda, Kenya, Cyprus, and Israel. In that capacity he supervised staff, monitored budgets, directed gaming floor operations, cultivated guest relationships, and developed long-term growth strategies for the businesses.
Tümay Evcimen is a native of Turkey and is also fluent in English and Hebrew. He earned his B.A. degree in sales and marketing from Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir, one of Turkey’s leading universities.
