Apartment Building 303

 

Ti designed and built a modern four-story apartment building in the Green Zone in Kabul, Afghanistan. The building features 20 guest rooms, each of which has a telephone and Internet connection. Most guest rooms also have private toilet, bath, and shower facilities.

The building offers a wireless high-speed connection to the Internet and has a full kitchen and dining room.

 

Other common areas for socializing and recreation include a living-room with large flat-screen television and a fully equipped gym. The courtyard has a garden and outdoor fire pit for barbeques. The apartment building is part of a larger compound secured by a nine-foot tall reinforced-concrete wall, guard towers, entry-control points with metal detectors, and closed-circuit cameras monitored at multiple locations.
