Villa 301

 

Ti designed and built a modern three-bedroom guest house in the Green Zone in Kabul, Afghanistan. The building is located within a larger compound that also includes an office building and an apartment building in a secure walled compound protected by a reinforced-concrete wall, guard towers, and closed-circuit cameras.

 

The villa has wall-to-wall carpeting, a full kitchen, laundry room, and dining room, plus a courtyard garden with a fire pit for barbeques. The building features high-speed Internet, well water with chlorination, a septic-sewer system, connection to the local electrical grid with redundant backup diesel- power systems, and secure parking within the compound.
